I stayed in a Comfortable Queen Room, spacious and had a great view. The staff were helpful, especially when they kindly kept my passport safe after I realized I left it behind. Location is superb, with easy access to the subway and nearby attractions.
Breakfast options were a bit limited.

We liked nothing. Definitely not 4.5 stars, maximum of 3 stars. Only good thing was the location..
We disliked plenty. The service was terrible, from when the porters refused to take our bags and told us to park our car ourselves, take the bags from the carpark to reception ourselves, to the very small room. The breakfast buffet was noisely packed up around us at 9.30am to where we had no choice, the food was cold and we had to ask for many things to simply eat a simple breakfast. A typical Japanese old business style hotel that claims better, but no way. We have stayed in plent of hotels in Japan, but this one for the price is over priced, smell of smoke, small rooms and definitely not 4.5 stars. Max 3 stars.

Nothing! Expensive but is not in good quality!!! Very disappointed!!! I don't think I will come back again!
Old fashion, not very clean, the bed, the bed sheet and the pillow are not comfortable! It should not charge that high price. It should not claim itself a high standard hotel!!! I will tell all of my friends don't choose this hotel if they go to Sapporo!

A nice, large scale hotel.
My mattress was really rather saggy on the outside edge. But I did sleep comfortably enough considering.

everything.....except
1. the toilet is a bit dated and sprucing it up will be very good 2. it will be nice if the front desk staff is more conversant with English - that said I am very pleased with the positive attitude of the staff.

I stayed in a Comfort Queen Room for 2 nights. The room was comfy with a large bed, just a bit tight for luggage. The view from my window was fantastic, and the super nice team.

Very convenient location; short walking distance to JR Tower, ESTA and Daimaru. No shortage of shopping and restaurants. The twin room is good size and comfortable even though the fittings are old; important thing is everything works! Free Wi-Fi.
Still uses key to the door and only one key provided for two occupants. The breakfast spread is reasonable but should vary a little - no change for 4 days of breakfast.

there was no lift at exit 21 (very inconvenient for heavy luggage! ). the room had a breathtaking view, the staff were super helpful, and the access to the subway was just a short walk away (very convenient!

I think the room rate is over charged when compare with room facility and location. The hotel is very old and not in good condition.

we had a very good meal in the restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful. Good bottle of wine at a reasonable price.
not enough places to put clothes in our room. could do with some drawer space. also could do with bedside tables on both sides of the bed..

The location worked well for me, just a short walk from Sapporo Station, made travel easy. The staff greeted me warmly and provided prompt assistance. I enjoyed the spacious Comfort Queen Room with an amazing view from the window. It felt clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options left a bit to be desired. I expected more choices for a 5-star hotel. That made my arrival a bit stressful. The room felt cramped with my luggage in there. I think they could use more comfortable seating in the common areas too. I think there is potential, but they should improve the breakfast variety and the convenience of getting to the hotel from the subway.

The hotel is easily accessible, located just a few minutes from Sapporo Station. The staff were attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to major attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The experience was marred by a rude receptionist during our final stay. The room we received was cramped and unkempt, with an unpleasant odor. Breakfast options were quite limited, detracting from the overall dining experience.
